Book a bike service

Within the first 8 weeks of owning your ARCC bicycle we recommend an initial service performed by an expert at ARCC Bikes, free of charge.

 

Please note that you will have to bring your bike to the ARCC site in Cambridge for this service. 


You may also choose to have your bike serviced by a qualified bike technician at your local bike shop, however an ARCC technician will be required for ARCC Intelligent Pod specific servicing.

    Excludes labour for any parts fitted

    Includes labour for all parts fitted (rims exempt)

    1 hr 30 min

  • Platinum Service

    Includes labour for all parts fitted, and new cables*

    3 hr

    150 British pounds

Please note that we are only able to service bikes purchased through ARCC.

 

For an additional fee we are able to arrange collection and delivery of your bike. If you are interested in this option, please get in touch, where a member of our team will be able to assist you.
