Bike Service

Within the first 6-8 weeks of owning your ARCC bicycle we recommend an initial service performed by an expert at ARCC Bikes, free of charge. Please note that you will have to bring your bike to the ARCC site in Cambridge for this service. Book your ARCC bike in for service here.

You may also choose to have your bike serviced by a qualified bike technician at your local bike shop, however an ARCC technician will be required for ARCC Intelligent Pod specific servicing.

Silver Service

£40 | Parts extra | Excludes labour for any part fitted | Approx 30 mins | Book your Silver Service Now

We recommend this service when your bike is in good condition and no parts or major adjustments are needed.

The bike is fully assessed, checking the condition and wear of parts, bearings and frame. We will contact you if extra parts are required as this would mean a 'Gold' service is required.

Silver service includes:

Safety check and assessment with notes on work needed

Wheels checked for true

Drivetrain lubricated

Brake and Gear – minor adjustment

Tyres inflated to correct pressure

Frame wiped down

Electric system health check

Gold Service

£65 | Parts extra | Includes labour for all parts fitted | Approx 1-1.5hrs | Book your Gold Service Now

The bike is fully assessed, checking the condition and wear of parts, bearings and frame. We will contact you with a quotation if any additional parts are required.

Price excludes any full hub or headset service.

Gold includes Silver service plus:

Brake and Gear adjustment if needed

Adjust hubs and headsets if applicable/possible

Check all nuts and bolts are secure and correct torque

Bike cleaned

Seatpost removed and regreased

Wheels trued and tensioned if needed

Clean, degrease and relube the drivetrain

Platinum Service
